Descrizione Il progetto mira a mettere in contatto la radicale esperienza performativa del noto artista internazionale con l’habitat trevano. Punto d’incontro inedito per sviluppare temi e tecniche personali, il contesto rurale e la sua apparenza bucolica saranno il reagente per un percorso formativo di estremo rigore e solidità metodologica. A fine corso i partecipanti presenteranno pubblicamente i risultati del laboratorio all’interno di Palazzo Lucarini. I materiali prodotti durante il workshop resteranno in mostra a Palazzo Lucarini sino al 1° ottobre.

Residenza
Ospitalità (vitto e alloggio) per 10 giorni;
Numero minimo di adesioni per iniziare il workshop: 15 partecipanti, fino a un massimo di 20.
Accoglienza in edificio rustico con vista panoramica sulla Valle Umbra. Sistemazione in camerata.

Candidature

Il termine massimo per la presentazione delle domande è fissato per il 21/05/2017. (PROROGATO AL 4 GIUGNO 2017)
I candidati dovranno mandare un CV, una dichiarazione di poetica relativa al proprio lavoro, un testo motivazionale della lunghezza massima di 150 (centocinquanta) parole, un portfolio di lavori recenti (può essere anche un collegamento al web-site personale o a un portfolio online oppure una selezione di 6-10 immagini e/o video).
La selezione avverrà a seguito della verifica dei materiali spediti dai candidati.

I candidati devono essere in grado di comunicare agevolmente in inglese.
Il costo completo del workshop è di 650,00 € a persona. Esso comprende: l’iscrizione al workshop, i materiali, il vitto e l’alloggio e la documentazione del lavoro.
La partecipazione al workshop costituisce anche l’autorizzazione all’utilizzo, da parte dell’organizzazione, di tutti i materiali – grafici, audio, video e fotografici – prodotti durante il suo svolgimento, per eventuali pubblicazioni, cartacee e/o digitali.

Description: The project aims to bring together the radical performative experience of the renowned international artist Franco B within the habitat of Trevi. We envisage a new meeting place for developing themes and personal techniques. The rural setting and the bucolic ambience will be the setting for an extremely rigorous training programme based on strong methodological soundness. At the end of the course, participants will present publicly the results of the internship within the Centre of Contemporaray Art “Palazzo Lucarini”. The materials produced during the workshop will be on display until october 1

Residece:
Hospitality (food and lodging) for 10 days;
Minimum number of participants to hold the workshop: 15 young artists or Visual Arts students, architects, curators, up to a maximum of 20.
Board in rustic building with panoramic views of the Umbrian Valley. Dormitory accommodation .
Workplace: Trevi and surroundings.

The deadline for submission of applications is set for 4/06/2017.
The selection will be based on the verification of CV, portfolio and a motivational text no longer than 150 words. Candidates must be able to communicate in English.
The full cost of the workshop is to 650.00 € per person. Included are registration fees and material for the workshop, hospitality and meals.
Participation in the workshop includes authorisation for full use by the organisation of all graphics, audio, video and photographic materials produced during the course, for all future publications,(paper and/or digital).
